  • Efficient Event Planning: From room bookings to event promotions, you can now organize everything directly through MyUTSU. Want to host a big event? Book your space, upload your event details, and get the word out to the entire UTSU community with just a few clicks.

  • Automated Funding Applications: Apply for UTSU funding without the hassle. The new system walks you through the application process, ensuring you meet all the requirements and track your application status from start to finish. No more wondering if your paperwork has been received or approved.

  • Easy Access to Club Resources: Take advantage of the UTSU Resource Bank, which offers everything from printing services to promotional materials. Whatever you need to support your club, it’s all easily accessible through MyUTSU.

How to Register and Keep Your Club Active

Staying registered with the UTSU is key to unlocking all the benefits that come with being a Partner Club. Here’s what you need to know to ensure your club stays in good standing:

  1. Complete the Registration Form: All clubs must complete the annual registration form, available on MyUTSU. Make sure you’ve uploaded your club constitution, membership list, and signed Policy & Procedure Agreement to complete the process.

  2. Confirm Your Membership Status: Don’t forget that at least 50% of your members must be full-time undergraduate UTSU members. Have your membership list ready for verification, and make sure it’s updated with accurate information to avoid any delays.

  3. Stay Recognized by Student Life: Ensure that your club is still recognized by Student Life. Without this recognition, your club cannot be officially registered with the UTSU. You’ll need to provide a link to your Student Organization Portal (SOP) page during registration.

Key Dates and Deadlines

Staying on top of deadlines is crucial to maintaining your club’s registration and eligibility for funding. Here are some important dates to mark on your calendar:

  • Club Registration Deadline: September 13-November 1, 2024. 

  • UTSU Funding Application: Coming soon!

Make sure you submit your registration application before the deadline to avoid missing out on essential resources and financial support.
