Who are we?
We host monthly events centred around de-stressing and positive activities! In addition to this, we share a variety of positive posts through our Instagram page, including positive quotes, stories, and articles. We also share mental health resources with an aim to help break the stigma and promote the importance of mental well-being. Ultimately, our mission is to help U of T students—who deal with a variety of daily stresses—to focus on the positive aspects of life.
