As a registered UTSU club, you have access to book rooms within the Student Commons for your events and meetings.

Room Booking Instructions:

  1. Check Availability: View available rooms and timeslots through our online booking system. Check availability here.
  2. Fill Out the Booking Form: Provide details about your event, including date, time, expected attendance, and any special requirements. Book here.
  3. Confirmation: Once submitted, our CRS staff will review your request and confirm your booking via email within 3 business days.

Please Note:

  • Bookings are subject to availability and must comply with UTSU policies.
  • Rooms can be booked up to one semester in advance.
