Registered UTSU clubs can apply for office space within the Student Commons to facilitate their operations.

How to Apply:

  1. Fill Out the Application Form: Provide your club’s details, intended use of the office space, and any specific requirements. Apply here.
  2. Confirmation: Office space is allocated based on availability and the needs of the club. You will receive an email confirmation within 10 business days.

Please Note:

  • Office space is limited. Priority is given to clubs with extensive administrative needs.
  • Spaces must be maintained and used according to UTSU policies.
